Prior to working with Journey Alliance, we did not have a leadership team in place. And so there weren't additional people that were working on the business. And so we now regularly and continually are getting really great steps forward in different areas of the business by creating a more strategic leadership team. And that was entirely at the recommendation of Journey Alliance. So very grateful to them for that.
