Real Results

Prior to working with Journey Alliance, we did not have a leadership team in place. And so there weren't additional people that were working on the business. And so we now regularly and continually are getting really great steps forward in different areas of the business by creating a more strategic leadership team. And that was entirely at the recommendation of Journey Alliance. So very grateful to them for that.

Before Journey, I was near mental breakdown. The burden was getting to be too much to bear and felt like every decision needed to be mine.

Journey has helped provide the framework to create scalability and effective leadership here. So I would say here, that was the key differences. I watched journey create the framework for all of us to begin operating in and that's helped us, you know, maintain effectiveness as the company grew.

What we do is very unique but they've proven that it can work.

And Eric really brought a lot of reality for me, like, that's great, if you're going to be the superstar of the team, but you want to be the coach of the team. And you really come right out and sort of slap me over the head with it and say work on your leadership skills. But in a roundabout way, we've really pressed in kind of on my growth as a leader, not only growth as an individual.

One of the things that has elevated me into just a different mindset of where I'm at right now is not going to be where I'm gonna be in five years. I’m able to look at my life from like, a one year, three year five year 10 year plan, and then work backwards through that.

Journey has been the guide, to help set up a lot of necessary structure and process to help the business deliver.

We had a culture of managing up, where all of our people were looking to us to make all decisions and move all processes forward. And, you know, the push with journey has been to recruit when needed, but also to train document and empower the next level of managers to allow the business to run without direct deliverables from the owners.

I needed to get out of the day-to-day. It was just becoming way too much. So that's something that we've succeeded at as a group together, is getting me more out of the day to day so that I can focus on the things that give me energy, the things that I want to focus on.

Journey helps us get on the same page. It's given us the ability to communicate better with each other.

Prior to journey, the thought process was everything's important. With journey, I realized that not everything is important because if everything is important, nothing is important. Journey has helped me to have a different thought process when it comes to how to navigate work responsibilities.

They provided some much needed structure to build for growth.
